Alterations

Tenants are reminded that under the terms of their lease, most alterations require the prior consent of the Landlord and this it is particularly important in the case of any proposed changes to the external appearance of the property (including shopfronts and signage).

Such works may also require the consent of the local planning authority.

The Dulwich Estate's prior written consent is also required should there be a proposal to either assign or sub-let premises.

A change of use may also be subject to prior consent of both the Landlord and the local planning authority.
