Change of ownership and mortgages — registration of change

In accordance with the terms of the lease, the purchase or assignment of a leasehold property and any mortgage secured on the property must be registered with The Dulwich Estate within two months. In practice, the appropriate Notice will normally be served on completion by the purchaser's solicitors but it is the lessee's responsibility to ensure that the Notices have been served.

The registration fee for a Notice is specified in the lease.
