Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Cherry tree approximately 5m in height, situated in the bottom left hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is diseased and poorly shaped.

T2.         A twin stemmed Bay tree approximately 3m in height, situated in a central location on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is badly sited.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Remove and the stump ground out.

T2.         Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of the above, a row of pleached Hornbeam trees are to be planted along the whole of the bottom boundary.
