Applications for tree works

Dulwich has a vast array of wonderful ancient trees. They create an almost rural environment in an otherwise built-up area of South London. It is our policy to maintain healthy trees, especially mature specimens, across the Estate and plant new trees where possible. We therefore ask all residents and businesses to get consent from the Estate before pruning or carrying out any work to trees.

Freeholders

If you are a freeholder, for tree care advice or to book an appointment with our tree and landscape manager Philip Louis. Please contact Karen Strange. Appointments are available on Tuesdays between 8am and 3pm. 

Leaseholders and commercial

If you are a leaseholder or commercial tenant looking for advice on tree care and/or a survey and licencing for tree works, please book an appointment on Thursdays/Fridays by contacting Karen Strange. Fees are £210 and this includes the inspection, preparation of report and issue of Tree Licence if works are recommended.
