Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.       Two Yew trees approximately 3m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear             garden.  The trees are a little tall.

T2.       Two Yew trees and a Cypress tree approximately 5m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side               boundary of the rear garden.  The trees are a little tall.

T3.       A Purple Plum tree approximately 9m in height, situated to the right side near the bottom of the rear garden.  The             tree is a little tall and out of shape.

Description of Approved Works

T1.       Reduce in height by up to 1m and clip to a formal shape.

T2.       Reduce in height by up to 1.5m and clip to a formal shape.

T3.       Reduce in height by up to 2m and the side growth reduced to form a more compact specimen.
