A Yew tree approximately 9m in height, situated in a central location on the front boundary with Alleyn Park. 

Description of Approved Works

Lightly thin by up to 10% including lifting low branches, the removal of any dead wood, and trimming back low branches encroaching towards the lawn.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
