Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Cedar tree approximately 18m in height, situated on the front boundary near the right-hand corner.  The tree is dead.

T2.         A Yew tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the front boundary in a central location.  The tree is a little wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Remove.

T2.         Two large and low growing branches, to the right when viewed from the house are removed at the main trunk to allow more light into the garden.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as the front garden is overstocked with trees.
