Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          An ancient Oak tree approximately 10m in height, situated towards the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is in reasonable health and condition.

T2.          A line of Cypress trees approximately 4m in height, situated along the bottom boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Removal of dead wood and minor lifting of low branches only.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T2.          The height to be reduced by up to 1m and the sides clipped to a vertical line.
