Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 4046.     A Silver Birch approximately 15m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Tree ID 4608.     A Persian Ironwood tree approximately 5m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 4046.     Overall reduction of 1.5m back to closest growth point. Crown lift to 4m above ground level, through reduction of branches back to lowest limb (Southern aspect).  Lowest limb (southern aspect) to be reduced by 4m back to closest growth point.

Permission in perpetuity to cyclically manage at reduced size.

Tree ID 4608.     Reduction in height by 2m back to closest growth point.   Reduction on eastern aspect by 1m back to closest growth point.  Reduce on northern aspect (47 Alleyn Park) by 1.5m back to closest growth point.  Southern reduction by 15cm.

Permission in perpetuity to cyclically manage at reduced size.
