Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. A twin-stemmed Hawthorn tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is overhanging the neighbouring garden at no.85 Alleyn Road.
T2. An Oak tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the front garden bordering Alleyn Park.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Small stem over the garden is reduced to ground level and Ivy is severed at the base of the remaining stem and removed in due course.
T2. Crown thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood and epicormic growth, lifting of low branches over the road and footpath, and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.
