Species and Location of Trees

Four Cypress trees approximately 12m-15m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden.  Roots from the Cypress trees have been identified in bore holes thereby linking the trees to structural movement, insurers have therefore recommended the removal of all four trees.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  Replacement trees are not necessary.
