Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.       A Bay tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated to the left-side on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little out of shape.

T2.       A Cypress tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little tall.

T3.       A Prunus tree approximately 6m in height, situated in the left-hand corner of the front garden adjacent to Alleyn Park.  The tree is a little dense.

Description of Approved Works

T1.       Clip all round to provide a more formal shape.

T2.       Reduce in height by up to 3m and re-shape as necessary.  It is important to clip back the sides as much as possible whilst retaining green foliage and not exposing the inner dead part of the foliage.

T3.       Crown thin by 15% including the removal of numerous water shoots, any dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
