Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Liquidambar tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

T2.          A Bay tree approximately 10m in height, situated to the left-side on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little tall and dense.

T3.          A large Cypress tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense and low growing.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary shortening of branches encroaching over the garden.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T2.          Reduce in height by up to 30% and the side growth trimmed back proportionally.

T3.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and the lifting of low branches, particularly over the adjoining garden at 7 Alleyn Crescent.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
