Species and Location of Trees
T1. A Bay tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the right-hand far boundary of the rear garden.
T2. A Bramley Apple tree approximately 5m in height, situated centrally on the rear boundary.
T3. A Cherry tree approximately 8m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the rear garden near to the house.
T4. A Purple Leaved Plum tree approximately 8m in height, situated centrally to the rear of the garden.
T5. An Apple tree approximately 5m in height, situated in the left-hand corner of the front garden.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Reduce height by 2 m and re-shape all over retaining the screening growth lower down.
T2. Reduce overhang to the rear (Alleyn Crescent) by up to 3m to control growth on this side and create more balance.
T3. Height to be reduced by up to 2m back to side growths where possible. Also, lateral growth be trimmed to improve the shape by up to 1m. Dead wood also to be removed.
T4. Internal sucker growth to be removed to clear congestion and improve the presentation of the tree.
T5. Crown thin by up to 20% and trim lightly to reshape.
