Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A Purple Malus tree approximately 12m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary shortening of branches encroaching over the boundary with no.21 Alleyn Road.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
