Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. A Holly tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little tall and wide spreading.
T2. A Hawthorn tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is very dense due to previous pollarding and sited too close to the Holly tree (T1).
T3. A self-sown Oak tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of towards the bottom of the rear garden. The tree is sited too close to a more important larger Oak tree and a well-shaped Hawthorn tree.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Reduce in height by up to 1.5m and the side growth reduced proportionally to form a more compact specimen.
T2. Remove by felling at ground level.
T3. Remove by felling at ground level.
Details of Replacement Required
None. The garden is well stocked with mature trees.
