Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          An Arizona Cypress tree approximately 8m in height, situated on the rear garden boundary with no.31.  Lower branches have some dieback due to light suppression from the upper crown.

T2.          A group of three closely spaced Leylandii Cypress approximately 5m in height, situated to the rear boundary.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Crown lift by up to 2.5m by removal of lower stems.

T2.          Crown reduce and/or reshape by up to 2m.
