Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
Two Silver Birch trees approximately 10m and 7.5m in height, situated on the front boundary with Alleyn Road. The trees are sited too close to the entrance.
Description of Approved Works
Remove with the roots grubbed out.
Details of Replacement Required
As a condition of the removals of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a on the front boundary and below are the agreed alternative species for consideration:
Fagus sylvatica ‘Purpurea (Purple Beech)
Robinia pseudoacacia (False Acacia)
Aesculus x carnea (Pink Horse Chestnut)
The tree should be planted with a stem girth of between 22-24cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 5m.
