Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Birch tree approximately 13m in height, situated on the right-hand side close to the house.

T2.          A Lime tree approximately 14m in height, (shared with neighbour at No 42 as growing centre of the boundary line).

T3.          A Parrotia persica tree approximately 8m in height, situated in the centre close to the rear of the house.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          To improve presentation a gentle re-shape on upper crown by reducing longer growths by up to 1m.  In addition, the crown to be lightly thinned by 10% to increase light penetration.  Also, growth over the Sedum roof to be pruned back by 1.5m to help with overall shape.

T2.          Crown to be thinned by up to 15% and the lower overhang into no. 44 to be reduced back by up to 2m back to a suitable side growth.

T3.          Trim all over, reducing longer growths by up to 1m, giving clearance from house and re-shaping for best effect.
