Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A Western Red Cedar tree (Thuja) approximately 12m in height, situated on the front boundary with Alleyn Road towards the right-hand side.  The tree is a little tall and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

Reduce in height by up to 2m and round off-side growth, may be clipped back taking care not to expose the inner dead wood, also low branches may be lifted over the pavement to provide adequate clearance.
