Species and Location of Trees
T1. A Silver Birch tree approximately 16m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.
T2. A False Acacia tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden.
T3. A Sycamore tree approximately 12m in height and an Ash tree approximately 10m in height, situated together on the right-hand side boundary at the bottom of the rear garden. Both trees are a little dense and wide spreading.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Crown thin by 20% including the lifting of low branches by pruning at the main trunk and the removal of any dead wood. The height and basic shape should be retained.
T2. Crown thin by 20% including lifting low branches and the removal of any dead wood. The height and basic shape should be retained.
T3. Crown thin by 25% including the removal of dead wood and necessary shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.
