Species and Location of Trees
T1. A Lime tree approximately 18m in height, situated on the front boundary with Alleyn Road. The tree is a little dense in the upper crown.
T2. An Ash tree approximately 15m in height, situated towards the bottom of the rear garden to the left side of the garage. The tree is sited too close to the garage.
T3. A Fig tree approximately 3m in height, situated against the rear wall of the house. The tree is too close to the structure.
T4. Two Lime trees approximately 16m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden adjacent to South Croxted Road. The trees are a little dense and low growing.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping. The height may also be reduced to previous pollarding points where necessary. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible to provide a natural appearance.
T2. Remove and the stump ground out.
T3. Remove and the stump ground out or poisoned.
T4. Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, lifting of low branches over the road and footpath (5.5m and 2.5m), and necessary re-shaping. The height may also be reduced to previous pollarding points where necessary. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible to provide a natural appearance.
