Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          Lime trees numbered 1, 2, 4 (covered in Ivy) and 5 approximately 4m in height, situated on the front boundary with Alleyn Road.  The trees are in poor condition.

T2.          A Lime tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the entrance off Alleyn Road.  The tree has extensive decay.

T3.          A Sycamore tree approximately 5m in height, situated close to the line of Lime trees between tree nos 9 and 10.  The tree is a poor specimen incongruous within a line of Lime trees.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T2.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T3.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of the above, at least 5 replacement Lime trees should be planted to infill the gaps.
