Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.       A Silver Birch tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden adjacent to South Croxted Road.

T2.       Two Silver Birch trees approximately 6m to 10m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden close to the existing garage.

Description of Approved Works

T1.       Remove and the stump ground out,

T2.       Both trees are to be retained in their present form and no work is necessary apart from the removal of dead wood.

Details of Replacement Required

T1.       As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a similar location of the rear garden and below is the agreed specie:

Tilia x euchlora            (Lime (non-drip))

The tree should be planted with a stem girth of between 20-22cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 4m.
