Species and Location of Tree

A dead Malus tree situated midway down the left-hand side boundary, and a dead trunk of an old tree, situated close to the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

Both trees to be removed and the roots being grubbed out where possible.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as there is a mature Magnolia tree situated in the bottom left-hand corner of the small garden.
