Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Tulip tree approximately 16m in height, opposite the front of the property. 

T2.          A Horse Chestnut tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the verge at the front of the property.  The tree is in declining health.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove and the stump ground out.

T2.          Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of the above, two replacement trees should be planted in a convenient location at the front of the property, the two new replacement trees can be of the same species as those removed or either of the following alternative species:

Platanus hispanica                           (London Plane)

Acer platanoides ‘Crimson King’ (Norway Maple)

Quercus robur                                   (English Oak)

The new trees should be planted during the November 2022 and March 2023 planting season with a stem girth of between18-20cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 4m.
