Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

An Ash tree approximately 18m in height, situated on the boundary with Boxall Road.  The tree is a little wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

Remove low growing branches over the boundary with No 20 which could obstruct the construction of the new house, and also branches encroaching towards the front right-hand corner of the new dwelling at no.18.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.
