Species and Location of Trees

A Yew tree and a Holm Oak, approximately 5.5m in height, situated close together near the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of the above, three replacement trees are to be planted in the rear garden and below is the agreed specie:
