Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          An Ornamental Cypress tree approximately 4m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary towards the bottom of the rear garden.  The tree is badly sited.

T2.          A Cypress tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary towards the bottom of the rear garden.  The tree is badly sited and too tall.

T3.          A Cherry tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the front boundary with Burbage Road.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T2.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T3.          No work is necessary is apart from the removal of one low branch overhanging the driveway.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  Replacement tree are not necessary as the rear garden is well stocked with trees.
