Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.       A Twisted Willow tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the front boundary with Burbage Road.  The tree is             a little dense and wide-spreading.

T2.       Six Cypress trees approximately 7.5m in height, situated on or close to the bottom boundary of the rear garden.              The trees are poor specimens and covered in dense Ivy.

T3.       Two slender Cypress trees approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.                   The trees are poor specimens.

T4.       A Purple Plum tree and a Wild Plum tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the house on the right-                  hand side boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.       Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary shortening of long lateral branches in order             to form a more compact specimen.  The basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at                   convenient growth points where possible.

T2.       Reduce by up to 30% including the removal of dead wood, Ivy and necessary re-shaping.

T3.       Remove by felling at ground level.

T4.       Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height may be reduced by up to 20% however, it is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.
