Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

Three Ornamental Pear trees (pyrus specie), approximately 10m in height, situated on the front boundary with Burbage Road.  The trees are a little dense.

Description of Approved Works

Remove two trees and the roots grubbed out where possible.  The third tree on the boundary with no.17 should be retained.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, two replacement trees should be planted as replacements and below are the three-alternative specie for consideration:

Crataegus x persimilis ‘Prunifolia              

Sorbus commixta ‘Olympic Flame’
