Specie and Location of Tree
A twin stemmed Cherry tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the entrance path, and on the front boundary with Burbage Road. The tree is now completely dead.
Description of Approved Works
Remove and the stump ground out.
Details of Replacement Required
As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in a convenient location of the front garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:
Albizzia julibrissin (Silk tree)
Koelreuteria paniculata (Pride of India)
Laburnum x vossii (Golden Chain)
The new tree should be planted this planting season between November and March with a 14-16cm girth at 1m above ground level and a minimum height of 2.5m.
