Specie and Location of Tree

A Bay tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is a little tall and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

Reduce in height by up to 3m and the side growth rounded off proportionally.
