Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

An Ash tree approximately 18m in height, situated on the near-left hand side of the rear garden.  The tree has an overhanging stem to the rear (Delawyk Crescent) and is showing several sites of bracket fungus indicating decay.

Description of Approved Works

This stem should be removed carefully back to the main stem junction at around 2.5m above ground level.
