Species and Location of Tree

A Purple Plum tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary close to the front boundary with Burbage Road.  The tree has numerous bracket fungi (Ganoderma) attached around the base of the trunk which indicates decay.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  The garden is well stocked and a new Cherry tree has already been planted.
