Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Plum (multi-stemmed) tree approximately 3.5m in height, situated next to an Oak tree on the left-hand side of the rear garden.

T2.         A Chestnut tree approximately 6m in height, situated further down the left-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree will eventually become unsuitable for its location, being too close to other trees.

T3.         2 Ash saplings approximately 12m in height, situated close together on the right-hand side of the rear garden.  The trees are unsuitable for their location.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Remove to give the Oak more definition and space.

T2.         Remove.

T3.         Remove.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of the above, two replacement trees are to be planted in a suitable location of the rear garden.

The trees should be planted with a stem girth of between 12-14cm and at 1.5m above ground level.
