Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A multi-stemmed False Acacia tree approximately 10m in height, situated in the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree has extensive decay in one of the main stems approximately 1.5m above ground level, together with significant dieback in the upper crown.

T2.          Two Cypress trees approximately 18m in height, situated together on the left-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove by felling at ground level.

T2.          Low branches to be removed by severing at the main trunks in order to provide clear stems up to 5m above ground level including the removal of any dead wood.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  The garden is well stocked with trees.
