Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.       A Hawthorn tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The                    tree is a little tall and dense.

T2.       A Bay tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated relatively close to the house on the right-hand side boundary                of the rear garden.  The tree is a little tall and wide-spreading.

Description of Approved Works

T1.       Reduce to previous pruning points including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.

T2.       Reduce in height by up to 30% and the sides clipped back proportionally to form a more compact specimen.
