Specie and Location of Tree

A Snowy Mespilus tree (Amelanchier). approximately 4m in height, situated in the front garden to the right side.  The tree is badly located for the proposed new hardstanding.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted close to the front boundary and below is the agreed specie:
