Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T4.         An Oak tree located in the rear garden which requires facilitative pruning to ensure an adequate clearance height to prevent accidental breakage.

T6 & 7.  A pair of dead and dying Ash located on the rear garden boundary.

T9.         A Honey Locust tree situated in the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T4.                       Crown lift the lower branches by 1m to a height of 3.5m where they overhang the proposed new garden room.

T6 & 7.  Fell.

T9.         Fell.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of T6 & T7 above, replacement trees should be planted in a convenient location within the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Sorbus torminalis            (Chequer tree)

Tilia cordata                    (Small leaved Lime)

Pyrus Chanticleer            (Ornamental Pear)

The new trees should be planted with a stem girth of between 12-14cm.

As a condition of the removal of T9 above, a replacement tree should be planted in a convenient location within the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:
