Specie and Location of Tree

A Silver Birch tree approximately 10m in height, situated in a central location within the rear garden.  The tree is dead.

Description of Approved Works

Remove together with the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below is the agreed specie:

Amelanchier lamarckii    (Snowy Mespilus)
