Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A Cypress tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary towards the bottom of the rear garden.  The tree is dead.

Description of Approved Works

Remove by felling at ground level with the stump being ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in a suitable location of the rear garden and below is the agreed specie for consideration:

Betula jacquemontii       (Silver Birch)
