Proposal:

Species and Location of Tree

A Lime tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the front boundary with Calton Avenue.  The tree is multi-stemmed from some 3m.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is advised although is not necessary and one of the following small trees is recommended as suitable:

Rhus typhina                      (Sumach)

Amelanchier lamarckii    (Snowy Mespilus)

Laburnum x vossii            (Golden Chain)
