A Hawthorn tree approximately 4m in height, situated close to the road on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, six replacement trees are to be planted in a suitable location of the front garden and below is the agreed specie:

Amelanchier

The trees should be planted level at a minimum height of 3m.
