Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. A Hawthorn tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is dying.
T2. An Oak tree approximately 22m in height, situated in a central location towards the bottom of the rear garden.
T3. A Maidenhair tree (Ginkgo) approximately 18m in height, situated close to the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden. The tree is growing into an adjacent Oak tree which is a far more important specimen.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Remove and the roots grubbed out.
T2. Crown thin by 25% including lifting of low branches and the removal of any dead wood. The height and basic shape should be retained.
T3. Remove by felling at ground level.
Details of Replacement Required
None. A replacement tree is not necessary as the garden is well stocked with trees.
