Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Sycamore tree approximately 16m in height, situated close to the rear boundary on the left-hand side of the rear garden.

T2.         A Sycamore tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is growing into (T1) above spoiling the presentation of the tree.

T3.         A Robinia tree approximately 8m in height, situated centrally in the rear garden, very close to the fence.  The tree is in very poor form and overcrowded with other trees.

T4.         A Sycamore tree approximately 17m in height, situated near the rear boundary on the right-hand side.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Crown thin by up to 10% importantly retaining the height and basic shape.  Dead wood to be removed.

T2.         Remove.

T3.         Remove.

T4.         Overcrowded areas of the crown to be lightly thinned by up to 10% together with dead wood removal and hanging branches.  The height and basic shape to be retained.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  Replacement trees are not necessary as the garden is well stocked with trees.
