Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. Two Palm trees approximately 5.5m in height, situated close to the rear of the property and to the left of the swimming pool. The trees are badly sited.
T2. A Palm tree approximately 2.5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary to the right of the swimming pool.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Remove and the roots grubbed out.
T2. Remove.
Details of Replacement Required
As a condition of the removals of the above, two replacement trees should be planted in convenient locations of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:
Albizzia julibrissin (Silk tree (outside Crown & Greyhound))
Koelreuteria paniculate (Pride of India)
Paulownia tomentosa (Foxglove tree)
The new trees should be planted during the November 2023 and March 2024 planting season with a stem girth of between 14-16cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 3m.
