Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. An Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden. The tree is dead.
T2. An Oak tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the front garden. The tree is dead.
T3. A Yew tree approximately 6m in height, situated in the front right hand corner adjacent to College Road.
T4. A Cherry tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the front boundary with College Road. The tree is dead.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Remove and stump ground out.
T2. Remove and stump ground out.
T3. Low branches to be lifted to 2.5m from ground level.
T4. Remove and the stump ground out.
Details of Replacement Required
T1 & As a condition of the removals of the above, two replacement trees should be planted
T2. in convenient locations of the front garden in Autumn and below is the agreed specie:
Quercus robur (English Oak)
The tree should be planted with a stem girth of between 14-16cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 3.5m.
T4. As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in a convenient location of the front garden and below are the three-alternative species for consideration:
Albizzia julibrissin (Silk Tree)
Koelreuteria paniculata (Pride of India)
Cercis siliquastrum (Judas Tree)
The tree should be planted with a stem girth of between 14-16cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 3.5m.
