Species and Location of Trees
T1. A Holly tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is dying.
T2. A Holm Oak tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the rear garden. The tree is poorly shaped and badly sited.
T3. A Cypress tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the rear garden adjacent to (T2) above. The tree is poorly shaped and badly sited.
T4. Two Cypress trees approximately 9m in height, situated together in a central location midway down the rear garden.
T5. A Cypress tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated to the right of (T4) above. The tree is dying.

Details of Replacement Required
A new landscape plan will be submitted for the whole garden including 14 new trees
