Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.       A tall conical Cypress tree approximately 16m in height, situated 2.5m from the left-hand front corner of the house.  The tree is sited too close to the property.

T2.       A Yew tree approximately 5m in height, situated adjacent to the Cypress tree (T1) and close to the property.

Description of Approved Works

T1.       Remove and the stump ground out.

T2.       Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in on the left-hand side of the front garden and below are the three-alternative species for consideration:

Crataegus prunifolia     (Cockspur Thorn)

Betula nigra                  (River Birch)

Amelanchier lamarkii   (Snowy Mespilus)
